Ethan brings fractional CTO expertise through PageTek LLC. In recent roles, he has directed IT strategy and operations through complex M&A carve-outs, led IT departments spanning 480+ employees across multiple locations, and delivered six-figure monthly cost savings through infrastructure audits and optimization.

His work spans infrastructure modernization, Azure, Microsoft 365, M&A IT integration, and compliance-oriented environments including HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST-aligned programs.

He also brings practical security leadership, including improving Microsoft Secure Score performance from 65% to 97%.
